Updating Football Recruiting in San Diego

The upcoming season in San Diego looks to be another huge one in terms of college prospects playing football here locally.

13 players have made college commitments, and 12 of those are in the class of 2014 (will be seniors this upcoming season)

Oceanside HS leads all schools with 4 commitments. Twins Alijah Holder (Stanford) and Mikah Holder (San Diego State) have chosen their future schools, along with Jace Whitakker (Arizona) and Thai Cottrell (San Jose State). The Pirates look to be the class of High School Football in San Diego once again.

2017 Poway HS QB Tate Martell will be a freshman for the Titans, but he has already made a college commitment to the University of Washington. He’s one that I definitely look forward to see this season.
